Mm Fernand has a dress the color of sunflowers and she wears a diamond ring on each finger. She is 90 years old and offers me a whisky at 11 am with our coffees. She's into young men, "men above 60 are boring". She says I should work in real estate, I'll make real money. One of her tenants, "a little salope" she says, doesn't pay her rent.
